POLICE have arrested two men after a knife and a scythe were found in a car in Walsall.Just before 10.30pm on Monday, April 17 a Honda Civic was stopped in Broadway North.The driver and passenger allegedly both tried to flee the scene but were caught by officers after a brief foot-chase.
