A MAN caught dumping household waste at a fly-tipping hotspot in Walsall has been fined.
Duane Greenaway, 53, of the Beechadale Estate, Walsall was filmed at Rayboulds Bridge Road on Sunday, May 17, 2015.
Known as a hotspot for illegal fly tipping, Greenaway was filmed illegally dumping 21 plastic bags of rubble and excavation debris removed from his house.
