A WALSALL rape suspect has handed himself in, police have confirmed.Police issued an appeal following an incident involving a teenage girl when the 16-year-old was allegedly picked up while walking along Sutton Road in Aldridge towards the Beacon Road junction traffic lights at approximately 10.30pm on April 18.
